Tea & Presence Sessions

Life can feel heavy at times, and we are not meant to carry it alone. Tea & Presence Sessions are one-on-one conversations where we pause together, explore what you are experiencing, and reconnect with presence, compassion, and your inner wisdom for healing.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult situation, or simply longing for deeper clarity and connection, you are welcome to begin with a single conversation.

What We May Explore

Our conversations may include:

  • mindfulness and meditation guidance
  • navigating life transitions or challenges
  • emotional overwhelm or burnout
  • managing a health challenge
  • cultivating compassion toward yourself
  • integrating spiritual practice into daily life
  • holistic supports such as breath, grounding practices, or natural wellness tools such as herbs, essential oils or Reiki.

Each session unfolds naturally based on what you are experiencing and what supports you best.

What a Session Is Like

Sessions are held virtually and last about 60 minutes.

During our time together we may:

  • talk through what you are experiencing
  • pause for mindfulness practices
  • explore simple ways to bring more presence and compassion into your life

Ways We Can Work Together

  • Single Conversation – 1 session $75 —A place to begin if you are seeking reflection, support, or simply a space to pause and speak honestly about what you are experiencing.
  • A Short Journey – 3 Sessions $200— Three conversations over time to explore a particular challenge or life transition with continuity and support.
  • A Deeper Path – 6 Sessions $360—An extended space for reflection, healing, and integrating mindfulness practices into daily life.

Booking

I offer a limited number of Tea & Presence Sessions each month so that each conversation can receive thoughtful attention. If this offering feels helpful for you, you are welcome to schedule your sessions here.

You do not need to prepare anything before our conversation — simply arrive as you are.
