Pause. Breathe. Return to the present moment.
In the midst of busy lives and uncertain times, it can be helpful to pause and sit together.
The Simple Moments Meditation Circle is a space to slow down, reconnect with the breath, and remember that we are not alone in our practice. Whether meditation is new to you or a familiar companion, you are welcome here.
Each gathering includes a short reflection, guided meditation, and a few quiet moments to simply be. Occasionally there will be time for optional sharing or questions, but listening and presence are always enough.
You may wish to bring a cup of tea, a journal, or simply yourself.
What to Expect
Each circle lasts about one hour and includes:
- A brief Dharma talk rooted in mindfulness traditions
- A guided meditation practice
- Optional sharing or questions
This is not a formal class, but rather a community space to practice together.
Suggested Contribution
This offering is shared in the spirit of generosity.
A contribution of $10-$20 helps support the continuation of these gatherings and the broader Time with Tea work if this is feasible for you. No contribution is required.
