Introduction to Mindfulness Course

Discover the beauty of being present through this four-week course on compassion and everyday mindfulness.

Imagine feeling truly present for the small wonders of your life—those simple moments that often slip by unnoticed. In this introductory mindfulness course, I’ll guide you through gentle practices that help you slow down, breathe deeply, and provide tools to help you practice meeting life with presence.

What You’ll Experience

Over the course of four weeks beginning April 21, 2026, you’ll learn foundational mindfulness meditation and compassion practices designed to support presence in everyday life.

Each week will include:

  • A live zoom call each Tuesday at 5 pm PST/8pm EST with a supportive community to explore practical mindfulness tools

  • A short guided meditation practice

  • Follow-up meditation recording you can continue using beyond the course

This course is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and supportive for both beginners and those returning to practice.

Why This Course?

I’ve spent over two decades practicing Buddhism and have walked through my own journey of healing and transformation. I know firsthand how these practices can become anchors of calm and clarity in the midst of life’s busyness.

By the end of this course, you’ll have a meaningful toolkit of practices to help you feel more grounded, present, and open to the beauty of each day.

This Course Is For You If…

  • You’re new to meditation and want a gentle introduction

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed and craving more presence

  • You want practical tools to incorporate into your life

  • You’re curious about mindfulness but unsure where to begin

  • You’d like support in your current practice or returning to practice

Founding Cohort — Offered at No Cost
This first cohort is being offered freely. Participants will receive full access to the course teachings and will be invited to share brief feedback at the end of the four weeks to support in my training program. An option to provide Dana (donation) will be offered if you feel called to provide financial support for my work. Space will be limited so if interested please sign up.
