Welcome. I’m April.
I share these practices as someone who has learned — again and again — the importance of slowing down and listening. I use mindfulness as a healing practice in partnership with other holistic modalities. Through poetry, meditations, mentoring and simple teachings, I invite others into a gentler relationship with their lives.

Where Love Lingers is April’s debut poetry collection. This collection is a tender exploration of the many ways love roots itself into our lives and the journey to uncover it.
